Delivery Information

Herbprimenutrition.com calculates postage charges based on the total combined dimensions and weight of the items in your order.

All orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail, for whom we have the following services available:

• Special Delivery
  
• First Class Signed For
  
• First Class Standard
  

Royal Mail aims to deliver 98% of all First Class post the next working day but it could take a maximum of 3 - 5 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is Guaranteed by 1pm the next day.

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

We make every effort to despatch your order as quickly as possible. If, however, there are any issues processing your order, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. 

Damage incurred in transit must be reported to the Post Office or Carrier and to Herbprime Nutrition, within three days of receipt.

In the unlikely event that an order is lost or delayed, we won’t be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. In the event of a delayed delivery, the compensation we can offer is what the carrier / Royal Mail will offer us.
