The buyers order is an offer subject to the company’s terms and conditions.

Pricing
Herbprime Nutrition reserves the right to change its price at any time, without warning, to take into account fluctuations in the market.

Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day by next day courier or Royal Mail recorded delivery,
whichever is more suitable. Please note this is not a guaranteed next working day delivery. In the unlikely
event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won't be able to cover for any damages or losses
beyond that of replacing the goods. In the event of a delayed delivery, the compensation we can offer you is what the courier / Royal Mail will offer us.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically by the website and are based on total combined product dimensions & weight.

Payment:

Payment is processed on herbprimenutrition.com securely by our chosen payment gateway provider. We are, regrettably, not able to offer any other forms of offline payment at present.  Payment is required in advance before any orders can be dispatched.

Damaged Goods:
Damage incurred in transit must be reported to the Post Office or Carrier and to Herbprime Nutrition within three days of receipt.

Our VAT number is 899944919 , VAT is chargeable on all goods and service except exports to non EEC countries. VAT will be charged to EEC countries unless a VAT number is given.
