Our Oolong tea is grown in Nantou county in Taiwan. Nantou is in the centre of Taiwan and is the only land-locked county in the country. This county is know for it's tea production. 

Oolong tea is a fermented tea where the fermentation can range anywhere between 8% and 85%. Control of this fermentation process plays just as large a part in the taste of the finished tea and the cultivation of the plant itself.
